Payment Plan Policy

We understand that payments don’t always go through as expected. If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, a member of our team will reach out to you directly to help resolve the payment and keep your course access active.

If a payment remains due for more than 30 days, course access will be paused until the outstanding payment is resolved. Once your account is brought up to date, access to your course materials will be fully restored.
